Robotics Software Developer – Navigation Lead
Oshawa, Ontario- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience programming autonomous robots, primarily related to autonomous navigation.
- Professional-level proficiency in Python and C++
- Deep experience with Linux (specifically Ubuntu 20.04+), command-line environments, Bash files, Udev, and system services
- Exceptional logical and mathematical intelligence for complex spatial algorithms.
- Will need to commute to Oshawa on a daily basis, this is NOT a remote working opportunity
Customer Success & Support Lead - Robotics
Oshawa, Ontario- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Technical Support, or Account Management), preferably within the Robotics industry.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to translate complex "robot-speak" into clear, actionable advice for non-technical users.
- Problem-Solving: A resilient, "figure-it-out" mindset capable of troubleshooting hardware and software issues under changing field conditions.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency with CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce) and a baseline comfort with technical systems (APIs, cloud dashboards, and mobile apps).
Production Lead - Robotics
Oshawa, Ontario- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Production, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in a production leadership or manufacturing role (Production Lead, Assembly Supervisor, or Manufacturing Coordinator), preferably within the Robotics or Automotive industry.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to translate complex engineering schematics into clear, actionable assembly advice for production staff.
- Problem-Solving: A resilient, mechanical "figure-it-out" mindset capable of troubleshooting hardware assembly and electrical wiring issues under fast-paced shop conditions.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency with ERP/MRP tools, CAD software viewers, and a baseline comfort with robotic hardware systems (sensors, actuators, and wiring harnesses).
Robotics Software Developer

- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in systems-level electrical design for mobile robots, EVs, or industrial machinery.
- Schematic Tools: Proficiency in electrical documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar) for wiring and system layouts.
- Hardware Mastery: Expert-level skills in wire harness assembly, connector crimping (Deutsch, Molex), and professional-grade soldering.
- Safety Standards: Strong understanding of fuse sizing, thermal management, and environmental protection (IP65/IP67 ratings).
Software Programmer Intern – Robotics
Oshawa, Ontario- Recent graduate, or Student currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Mechatronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
