Problem-Solving: A resilient, mechanical "figure-it-out" mindset capable of troubleshooting hardware assembly and electrical wiring issues under fast-paced shop conditions.

Tech Literacy: Proficiency with ERP/MRP tools, CAD software viewers, and a baseline comfort with robotic hardware systems (sensors, actuators, and wiring harnesses).
